Morning Routine of our prophet Mohamed ( peace be upon him )

Begin with Fajr Prayer:

Start your day with the Fajr prayer, the pre-dawn prayer, which sets a peaceful and reflective tone for the day.

Supplications and Remembrance:

Engage in morning supplications (Duas) and remembrance (dhikr) to express gratitude and seek guidance for the day ahead.

Personal Hygiene:

Follow the sunnah of maintaining cleanliness by brushing your teeth (using miswak or toothbrush) and performing ablution ( wudu).

Health Breakfast:

Eat a nutritious breakfast, possibly including foods the prophet peace be upon him enjoyed, such as dates, honey, or barley.

physical Activity:

Engage in some from of physical activity or exercise, as the prophet (PBUH) encouraged maintaining physical health .

plan your day:

take a moment to plan your tasks and set intentions for the day focusing on productivity and positive actions.

charity and kindness:

Start your day with an act of kindness or charity even if it’s as simple as a smile or a kind word.
